Lamu - Kiwayu Islands By Flight PDF Print E-mail
04 Days / 03 Nights safari
Lamu Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the oldest and best-preserved Swahili traditional settlement. Built in coral stone and mangrove timber, the town is characterized by the simplicity of structural forms enriched by such features as inner courtyards, verandas, and elaborately carved wooden doors.  Travel is by foot, by boat or traditional dhow - or on donkey-back.  Secluded beaches and bays, remote islands, watersports, swimming and relaxation are hallmarks of a Lamu visit.  In Lamu, you step back in time to a bygone era!
